Spongebob Commission

Here's a commission I just finished (well, started and finished) last week. My friend Andrea commissioned it, and the extent of her guidelines where a dignified Spongebob with a bubble pipe and a monocle. I put a portrait of her daughter Brighton above the fireplace (the painting was actually for her.) I included some detail shots.

2nd Annual Holladay Plein Air Event

I did some plein air painting this weekend, for the first time in about... a year. this was my outcome. (cottonwood mall?, 12"x24", oil on panel) It will be on view at the Holladay City Building (4580 S. 2300 E.) until July 22nd. My painting is for sale for $210.
